- Scope of Works: YDL was appointed to carry out the full internal fit-out package, which included the plasterboard lining to Metek light gauge steel frame walls, internal partitioning, and suspended ceiling installations throughout the 12-storey student accommodation building, comprising 693 beds.This was a logistically challenging project due to its scale, height, and inner-city location, requiring meticulous planning and coordination with multiple trades to ensure smooth sequencing and material deliveries. The confined site access and tight programme added further complexity to daily operations. Despite these challenges, YDL successfully delivered all works to the highest standard.
