Scope of Works: YDL were initially engaged on the project to remove the external weatherboarding and internal partitions, as the site had been left abandoned for over 12 months. Following a comprehensive strip-out involving approximately 60nr 40-yard skips of waste materials YDL took on the significant task of reinstating all external weatherboarding and internal partitions.
The result: 359 attractive, contemporary apartments spread across eight storeys, all built for rental and thoughtfully arranged around two spacious, landscaped courtyards.
